Mentoring and Coaching Facilitator

He acquired his Bachelor’s Degree (Business & Finance) in the Athens University of Economics in 1987, and his Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Bayes Business School (ex-City University Business School) in London, UK as a British Council Scholar in 1992. He continued his education in Advanced Management, Psychology, Coaching and Mentoring.

He has worked in leadership roles in a variety of industries (FMCG, Energy, Construction, Automobile, Tobacco, Textile) leading teams to business development, transformation and success. Having spent more than a decade in charge of operations for more than 25 countries, has a multi-cultural and deep understanding of business, all around the globe. He has participated in major transformation and culture-change projects.

His prime interest is to serve people and organizations providing solutions that promote growth and fulfilment. He is building on the authenticity of the people and the organizations, in order to reveal abilities, ensure alignment, eliminate obstacles, instill confidence and secure reach of the full potential.

Ioannis Bouchelos

Medical Doctor and Systemic Organisational Coaching Facilitator

He acquired his Medical Degree in the Ludwig Maximillian University of Munich, Germany, in 1996 and his PhD in 1999. He started his studies in Coaching, Corporate and Human Development in 1990. He has worked with the philosophical and systemic background of the NLP system by studying Clinical Ericksonian Hypnosis, Gestalt along with Systemic Organizational and Structural Constellations.

Dr. Bouchelos is a medical doctor, health coach, and systemic organizational facilitator. He teaches coaches in systemic skills and integration of systemic constellations in coaching. Has been working as a coach and facilitator with organizations/companies, teams as well as individuals since 1997 and has also participated in research university programs.

His multifaceted training enables him to show, through systemic constellations, the way to the hidden unconscious factors which impact an individual’s overall condition and life situation so as to provide the possibility of healing and change. As for organizations, his anthropocentric and goal-oriented constellations help restore natural systemic order, strengthen the motivation and engagement of employees and boost company development.

Dr. Bouchelos has also worked intensively for the past 21 years as a clinical physician and a health coach for more than 12.000 clients including teams, athletes as well as general medical practice, focusing on wellness, and aging protocols and high-level athletic performance improvement.
